The sunny and spacious houses come in a variety of options, with two or three bedrooms and single or double garages. Sizes range from 124m² to 165m², with private outdoor areas and generous space between neighbours.

Each house has walk-in wardrobes, a generous ensuite, tiled floor entranceway and kitchen, and French doors in the living and dining areas.

Serviced apartments are available in a range of sizes, with 40 m2, 60 m2 and 80 m2 options. There are three service packages available that provide a range of assistance and support.

The apartments all feature a private outdoor balcony or patio, individual laundry facilities and call bells for 24-hour emergency assistance.
